The bag is divided into two levels, allowing you to keep your belongings organised while travelling. The upper part is the main compartment for clothing and other items, while the lower part features a separate shoe compartment. Shoes travel separately and do not come into contact with the rest of the contents. The bag is made from Oxford fabric with a water-repellent surface, which causes water to bead up on the surface. Two long handles allow you to carry the bag by hand or over your shoulder.
- Shoe Compartment — the lower compartment opens with its own zip with two sliders. You can access the shoes without having to open the main part of the bag. The separate storage protects clothing from dirt on the soles.
- Main Compartment — the upper compartment closes with a zip with two sliders, allowing you to open it from either side. It can hold clothing and other items you need for your journey. It is completely separate from the lower compartment.
- Front Pocket — on the front side, there is a zip pocket for small items you want to keep handy. The front is also adorned with a round emblem featuring an airplane motif.
- Material — the bag is made from Oxford fabric with a finely woven texture. Water beads up on the surface of the fabric and does not soak in.
- Carrying — you carry the bag by two handles made of woven strap, which are sewn to the front and back walls of the bag. The handles are long enough to allow you to hang the bag over your shoulder.
- Dimensions — the bag measures 30 x 39 x 18 cm. It has a rectangular shape with a flat bottom.

This bag is suitable for trips where you want to keep shoes stored separately from clothing. Two levels with their own zips help maintain order in the contents, and you can access the shoes without unpacking. The front zip pocket adds space for small items to the main compartment. Thanks to the long handles, you can carry the bag by hand or over your shoulder. The rectangular shape with a flat bottom and Oxford fabric give the bag a simple and neat appearance.

Once you have sent the parcel, send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number to info@lunzo.ie – this lets us process your return as quickly as possible and refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.
Product condition: you can also return goods that have been used or unpacked, or that no longer have their original packaging or tags
Costs: you pay the postage for sending the goods back to Spain; we charge no return fee
Refund: within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal; we may withhold the refund until the goods have arrived back or until you provide proof that you have sent them
Exchanges
Deadline: 30 days from receiving your parcel (exchange for a different size, colour or variant)
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie, giving your order number and the variant you want – once we have checked that it is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange, including the address to which you should send the original item
Costs: you pay to send the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge
Faulty or damaged goods
Period for claiming a fault: up to six years from delivery of the goods – within the first 30 days you can reject a faulty product and ask for a full refund, and for the first 12 months a fault is presumed to have been present on delivery
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie and attach a photograph or a video of the goods – in most cases you do not have to send the goods back
Remedies: a replacement with a new item, a reasonable price reduction, or a refund of the full purchase price
