The baby carrier in the form of a wrap is worn over one shoulder and creates a pocket in which the baby rests against the parent's body. It is suitable for newborns, who can be carried in a lying position, similar to being cradled in arms. A larger infant, who can already hold their head up, can be seated in the carrier facing forward or to the side. The carrier is breathable and comfortable, making it suitable for everyday use at home and outdoors. The length of the shoulder strap can be adjusted to fit the wearer's body and the size of the child.
- Worn over one shoulder — the wide strap goes over the shoulder and across the back to the opposite hip, where it creates a fabric pocket for the baby. This way, the carrier keeps the baby close to the body, allowing the parent to have their hands free.
- Lying position for newborns — you place the newborn in the pocket across, with their head to one side and legs to the other. The baby lies similarly to being cradled in arms and remains close to the parent, so you always have a good view of them.
- Sitting position for larger infants — an older child can be seated upright in the carrier, facing the parent or sideways. Their legs remain outside the pocket, allowing the child to observe their surroundings.
- Adjustable strap — the shoulder strap features a plastic buckle and a sliding adjuster, which allows you to easily modify the length according to the wearer's body and the size of the child. The buckle can be unfastened, making it easy to put on and take off the carrier.
- Elastic edging — the edges of the pocket are gathered with elastic, conforming to the shape of the baby's body and helping to keep them secure in the carrier. The edging is soft and does not press against the baby with a sharp edge.
- Breathable and comfortable — the carrier is breathable, ensuring that neither the baby nor the parent feels uncomfortable while carrying. The wide strap on the shoulder distributes the weight, making the carrier comfortable even for extended periods.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
