The shin and instep guards in size L are leather training sleeves for adult athletes engaged in MMA, Muay Thai, or boxing. The shin part has a length of 40 cm in size L and will cover longer shins of taller individuals. Size L is designed for heights of 165–185 cm, suitable for most adult men and taller women. The shin guard seamlessly transitions into the instep guard, protecting the shin, ankle, and the top of the foot. It secures at the back with two Velcro straps.
- Longer Shin Part — the guard with a length of 40 cm extends from the lower part of the knee to the ankle. It absorbs impacts when blocking low kicks as well as when striking with the shin against an opponent or bag.
- Instep Guard 18 cm — the instep part is 18 cm long and covers the top of the foot. It protects the leg during instep strikes to pads, bags, and during sparring.
- Ankle Under Protection — the connection between the shin and instep parts covers the front of the ankle, which is easily struck during kick exchanges.
- Leather Surface — matte surface with a fine geometric relief on the shin part. The edges of the guard are trimmed with a contrasting border all around.
- Two Velcro Straps — the top strap below the knee and the bottom strap above the ankle keep the guard securely on the calf. Thanks to the Velcro, the guard is easy to put on and take off, even without assistance.
- Size L — shin part 40 cm, instep part 18 cm, recommended height 165–185 cm. The largest size available, suitable for adult men and taller women.
- How to Choose — if you measure less than 165 cm, opt for size M with a shin part of 36 cm. At the borderline height, compare the length of the guard with the length of your shin.
- For the Gym and Home — the guards are suitable for group training, individual lessons with a trainer, and solo practice on a punching bag at home. They fit alongside gloves and wraps in a sports bag.
- Usage — MMA, Muay Thai, boxing, and other combat sports involving kicks and leg blocks. Suitable for recreational athletes as well as those training several times a week.

How do I return goods?
