The cast iron pan with a 28 cm diameter has a flat shape without high sides, making it more akin to a flat plate than a deep sauce pan. The inner cooking area measures 27.5 cm and the edge is only 2.5 cm high, allowing a spatula to access food from any angle without tearing the pancake against the wall. The surface is non-stick, preventing food from sticking to the bottom, and less fat is needed for frying. Cast iron heats up quickly and retains accumulated heat, ensuring that meat and vegetables seal immediately upon insertion without losing temperature. Instead of a long handle, the pan features two opposite handles with holes, measuring 33.2 cm in width.

How do I return goods?
