Instructions for use:
1. Attach the base of the mechanism using screws to the inside of the cabinet.
2. Place the counterpart on the door or drawer according to the marked position.
3. Close the door and check the correct seating of the mechanism.
4. Adjust the length of the extension as needed by turning the piston.
5. To open, simply press gently on the front surface of the door.
Installation is quick and does not require special tools. The mechanism is attached to the inner part of the cabinet, and the counterpart is placed on the door or drawer. After proper adjustment, simply press gently on the door, and the mechanism will automatically extend to the open position. With the option to regulate the extension, optimal functionality can be achieved even with various types of furniture. This system significantly enhances the comfort of use and extends the lifespan of furniture doors.

Once you have sent the parcel, send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number to info@lunzo.ie – this lets us process your return as quickly as possible and refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

Costs: you pay to send the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge
Faulty or damaged goods
Period for claiming a fault: up to six years from delivery of the goods – within the first 30 days you can reject a faulty product and ask for a full refund, and for the first 12 months a fault is presumed to have been present on delivery
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie and attach a photograph or a video of the goods – in most cases you do not have to send the goods back
Remedies: a replacement with a new item, a reasonable price reduction, or a refund of the full purchase price
