The security lock is designed for sliding windows, where the sash does not open by tilting but by sliding sideways along the track. The lock is fitted onto the window track and blocks the movement of the sash at the point where it is placed. Depending on the position of the lock, the window will remain closed or can be opened slightly. It locks and unlocks with the included key. The body of the lock is made of zinc alloy and has a silver finish.

  • Fixing — the bottom part of the lock consists of jaws with pads that wrap around the window track. This allows the lock to hold directly on the track and prevents the sash from moving. The pads on the jaws rest on the track from both sides.
  • Placement — the lock is fitted onto the bottom track of the sliding window. Place it where you want the sash to stop and lock it. When you want to change the position, first unlock the lock with the key and then move it.
  • Key Operation — the lock is secured with a key that has a flat head for easy grip. The keys are threaded onto a ring. The locked lock can only be released using the key.
  • Material — the lock is made of zinc alloy. The compact body with a silver finish appears unobtrusive on the window.
