The safety parachute is an accessory for DJI drones that helps protect the machine in the event of an unexpected fall. The parachute is folded in a case that attaches to the top of the drone. The case is made of ABS plastic and has its own charging port. When opened, the parachute canopy unfolds above the drone and slows down the fall to the ground. This reduces the risk of damage to the drone and objects below it.
- Compatibility — the parachute is designed for DJI Mavic 3, Mavic Air, Mavic Air 2, Air 2S, Mavic Pro and Mavic 2 drones. Please verify that your model is among those listed before purchasing.
- Parachute Function — the deployed canopy above the drone increases air resistance and slows its descent. This means the drone lands more slowly and with less force. The chance of damaging the camera, propellers, or the drone's body is thus reduced.
- Attachment — the parachute case is secured to the top of the drone using straps. Two straps are included in the package. Before each flight, ensure that the case is securely attached and that the straps do not obstruct the movement of the propellers.
- Charging — the case has a charging port on the side. The included USB cable is used for charging. Please charge the case before flying to ensure it is ready for use.
- Usage — the parachute is appreciated during recreational flying as well as when filming from heights. It is useful wherever a fall could damage the drone or objects below it.

Once you have sent the parcel, send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number to info@lunzo.ie – this lets us process your return as quickly as possible and refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.
Product condition: you can also return goods that have been used or unpacked, or that no longer have their original packaging or tags
Costs: you pay the postage for sending the goods back to Spain; we charge no return fee
Refund: within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal; we may withhold the refund until the goods have arrived back or until you provide proof that you have sent them
Exchanges

How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie, giving your order number and the variant you want – once we have checked that it is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange, including the address to which you should send the original item
Costs: you pay to send the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge
Faulty or damaged goods
Period for claiming a fault: up to six years from delivery of the goods – within the first 30 days you can reject a faulty product and ask for a full refund, and for the first 12 months a fault is presumed to have been present on delivery
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie and attach a photograph or a video of the goods – in most cases you do not have to send the goods back
Remedies: a replacement with a new item, a reasonable price reduction, or a refund of the full purchase price
