These running shoes are suitable for both women and men and are ideal for running as well as brisk walking. The upper is made of mesh, which is very breathable, thus limiting foot sweating. The low cut allows for free ankle movement, and the classic lacing enables you to adjust the fit according to your foot shape. The sole is made of rubber and features horizontal grooves on the sides. You can choose your size according to the table below the description, which includes both European and American sizing along with foot length.

  • Mesh — the upper is made from mesh with small holes that allow air to flow through. This makes the shoes very breathable and limits foot sweating. The mesh pattern on the sides also gives the shoes a sporty appearance.
  • Lacing — the shoes are secured with classic laces that run across the entire instep. This allows you to tighten them precisely according to the shape of your foot.
