The round cotton steaming cloth makes it easy to prepare food by steaming. You lay it in the steamer or in the steaming insert of a pot and place dumplings or other dishes on the cloth. The thin fabric allows steam to pass through easily, and the food does not sit directly on the bottom of the steamer. Choose the size of the cloth according to the diameter of your steamer. It is a simple kitchen aid that takes up minimal space in the drawer.
- Material — the cloth is made of cotton fabric with a loose weave. The detailed photographs clearly show the texture of the fabric, which allows steam to pass through freely. The fabric is thin and easily adapts to the shape of the container.
- Usage — you lay the cloth on the bottom of the steamer or steaming insert and place the food on it. One photograph shows three dumplings on the cloth in the steamer. Another photograph shows the cloth with dumplings on the table.
- Diameter — diameter according to size: S 30 cm, M 40 cm, L 50 cm, and XL 60 cm. In the photograph from the steamer, the cloth covers the entire bottom and extends up the sides of the container. When selecting, keep in mind that the cloth may be slightly larger than the bottom of the steamer.
- Appearance — the cloth has a light natural colour and is unprinted. The edges are not hemmed, so loose threads may be visible on them.
- Contents — 1x steaming cloth. One of the photographs shows multiple cloths of different sizes, but the package contains one. The pot and dumplings from the photographs are not included in the package.
The cotton steaming cloth is a practical tool for anyone who prepares food by steaming. Simply lay it in the steamer and place the food on it. Thanks to the loose fabric, steam passes through the entire cloth. Select the size according to the diameter of your steamer or steaming insert. Once you have sent the parcel, send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number to info@lunzo.ie – this lets us process your return as quickly as possible and refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.
Product condition: you can also return goods that have been used or unpacked, or that no longer have their original packaging or tags
Costs: you pay the postage for sending the goods back to Spain; we charge no return fee
Refund: within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal; we may withhold the refund until the goods have arrived back or until you provide proof that you have sent them
Exchanges
Deadline: 30 days from receiving your parcel (exchange for a different size, colour or variant)
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie, giving your order number and the variant you want – once we have checked that it is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange, including the address to which you should send the original item
Costs: you pay to send the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge
Faulty or damaged goods
Period for claiming a fault: up to six years from delivery of the goods – within the first 30 days you can reject a faulty product and ask for a full refund, and for the first 12 months a fault is presumed to have been present on delivery
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie and attach a photograph or a video of the goods – in most cases you do not have to send the goods back
Remedies: a replacement with a new item, a reasonable price reduction, or a refund of the full purchase price
