The remote control for central locking is designed for Ford B-Max, C-Max, Fiesta, Focus, Galaxy, Grand C-Max, Kuga, Mondeo and S-Max vehicles. It serves as a replacement for a lost or damaged remote as well as an additional remote for the car. The front features three buttons for locking, unlocking, and boot access. Inside the casing is the electronics and a metal emergency key. Before use, the remote must be paired with the vehicle.
- Compatibility — the remote is suitable for Ford B-Max, C-Max, Fiesta, Focus, Galaxy, Grand C-Max, Kuga, Mondeo and S-Max models. Before ordering, compare the shape of the remote and the layout of the buttons with the remote you are currently using with your vehicle.
- Three buttons — the buttons are arranged vertically on the front of the remote. Two of them have symbols of a locked and unlocked padlock and are used to lock and unlock the car. The third button has a symbol of a car with an open boot and is marked x2.
- Electronics — inside the remote is a circuit board with electronics. The casing also contains a round holder for a button battery, which can be accessed by opening the casing.
- Emergency key — inside the casing is a metal emergency key. The key is hidden inside the remote, so you always have it with you. You will use it when the remote does not work and you need to unlock the car manually.
- Pairing — the new remote needs to be paired with the vehicle. A car service or a specialist in car keys can assist you with pairing.

The remote control is a practical replacement for owners of selected Ford vehicles. It has three buttons for locking, unlocking, and boot access. Once you have sent the parcel, send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number to info@lunzo.ie – this lets us process your return as quickly as possible and refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.
Product condition: you can also return goods that have been used or unpacked, or that no longer have their original packaging or tags
Costs: you pay the postage for sending the goods back to Spain; we charge no return fee
Refund: within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal; we may withhold the refund until the goods have arrived back or until you provide proof that you have sent them
Exchanges
Deadline: 30 days from receiving your parcel (exchange for a different size, colour or variant)
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie, giving your order number and the variant you want – once we have checked that it is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange, including the address to which you should send the original item
Costs: you pay to send the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge
Faulty or damaged goods
Period for claiming a fault: up to six years from delivery of the goods – within the first 30 days you can reject a faulty product and ask for a full refund, and for the first 12 months a fault is presumed to have been present on delivery
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie and attach a photograph or a video of the goods – in most cases you do not have to send the goods back
Remedies: a replacement with a new item, a reasonable price reduction, or a refund of the full purchase price
