- Protective Cap — The needle is protected by a black cap, which can be replaced after use. This keeps the ink in the bottle sealed during storage.
- Accordion Bottle — The bottles have a wavy shape similar to an accordion. By gently squeezing the bottle, you can dispense ink gradually and drop by drop. The translucent upper part of the bottle shows the colour of the ink.
- Refilling Procedure — Remove the cap from the needle, insert the needle into the filling hole of the cartridge or tank, and slowly squeeze the bottle. After refilling, replace the cap. Always check the specific procedure in your cartridge or printer manual.
- Storage — Store the bottles capped in an upright position and out of reach of children.
- Four Basic Colours — Black is used for printing text and documents. Cyan, magenta and yellow are used for colour printing of graphs, images and photographs. By combining these three colours, additional shades can be created.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
ExchangesA different size, colour or variant
Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
