The Redkey R10 2-in-1 robot vacuum and mop can vacuum and mop floors in one clean or perform each task separately. Its high suction power of 4000 Pa effectively handles dust, crumbs, and pet hair on smooth floors and carpets. The precise movement around the flat is managed by 360° LiDAR navigation, which creates a map of the rooms and plans an efficient cleaning route. The set includes a station with automatic dust disposal, into which the robot automatically empties the collected dirt after cleaning. You control the vacuum via the mobile app, where you can set the cleaning schedule, selected rooms, and no-go zones.
- 2-in-1 Vacuuming and Mopping — You can choose to vacuum only, mop only, or a combination of both tasks. Mopping is provided by a mop attached to a holder that fits onto the bottom of the robot.
- 360° LiDAR Navigation — The laser sensor on the top of the robot scans the surroundings in a full circle, creates a map of the rooms, and plans the cleaning route in systematic paths.
- Suction Power of 4000 Pa — Strong suction pulls dirt from floor crevices and carpet fibres and also captures pet hair, sand, or spilled granules.
- 4 Suction Modes — Quiet, standard, strong, and maximum mode allow you to adjust the power according to the type of dirt, surface, and time of day for cleaning.
- App Control — The app displays a map of the flat divided into rooms, allows you to set a cleaning schedule, and start cleaning only in selected rooms. The robot connects to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network.
- Virtual Walls and No-Go Zones — You can define virtual walls, no-entry zones, and no-mop zones on the map, for example, around carpets or areas with fragile items.
- Threshold Crossing — The robot can cross thresholds and low obstacles up to 18 mm, allowing it to move between rooms and access lower carpets and mats without difficulty.
- Station with Automatic Dust Disposal — Upon returning to the station, the contents of the robot's dustbin are sucked into a 4-litre bag. Simply pull out the full bag and replace it with a new one, so you only have minimal contact with dust.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
