The rechargeable LED neck lamp illuminates your book, knitting, or small tasks while keeping both hands free. At the ends, it features two flexible arms with light heads that can be bent and rotated as needed. You can choose from three light colours and three brightness levels, making a total of nine settings. The lamp is simply worn around the neck and does not press on the head like a headlamp. It charges via a cable, so there are no batteries required.
Operation is simple and can be done even in the dark. A short press of the button changes the brightness, while a long press switches between warm yellow, neutral, and cool white light. The warm light is pleasant for evening reading in bed, while the cool white is suitable for precise handicrafts, repairs, or embroidery. The arms are flexible through 360° and will stay in the position you set them.
The lamp is lightweight and compact, making it easy to pack in your handbag, backpack, or for holidays. How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
