The protective case is designed for MacBook Pro 13" from 2019 to 2022. It consists of two plastic parts that snap onto the lid and the bottom of the laptop and hold in place without adhesives or stickers. The design is slim and lightweight, so the laptop with the case remains compact and fits into the same sleeve as before. There are cutouts on the sides for connectors, allowing cables to be connected without removing the case. The case remains on the laptop even when working at a desk with a connected monitor and charger. The case can be put on and taken off in no time, making it easy to remove for cleaning or swapping for another design. The plastic shell covers the lid and bottom, which are the areas that wear out first during regular use and are most visible. Cutouts for connectors mean that the laptop remains fully usable even with the case on. The slim and lightweight design does not change the proportions of the laptop, so there is no need to change the bag or sleeve in which you normally carry the laptop. How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?

- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
