The telescope with twenty times magnification and a 50 mm diameter lens brings distant objects close enough to discern details that are invisible to the naked eye. The optics are equipped with HD BAK4 prisms, which allow more light to pass through compared to cheaper BK7 prisms, providing a sharper image with more accurate colour representation and no dark edges in the field of view. The large lens also means a wider field of view, so you won't lose sight of the surroundings of the observed object. The robust body with a rubberised surface fits well in the hand and withstands normal wear and tear during outdoor use. The telescope is suitable for observing nature and wildlife, hiking, astronomy, and sporting events.

At twenty times magnification, even slight hand tremors become noticeable, therefore we recommend securing the telescope to a tripod for extended observations or resting it on a stable surface. This will provide a significantly steadier and clearer image. Clean the lenses exclusively with the provided cloth, never with paper or a dry towel — there is a risk of scratching the surface coating. After use in damp conditions, allow the telescope to dry completely before storing it in the case. The IPX4 rating means resistance to splashing water; it is not a waterproof device, so do not submerge it.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
