The Portable USB-C A20 Audio Adapter is a compact audio interface for recording music, singing, and spoken word, as well as for live streaming from a mobile phone, tablet, laptop, or desktop computer. It allows you to connect an electric guitar or other electronic instrument, a microphone, and headphones for continuous monitoring. The sound is processed at a resolution of 24 bit / 96 kHz with a signal-to-noise ratio and dynamic range exceeding 96 dB. The device connects via an integrated USB-C cable, which can be tucked away into a slot in the body of the adapter after use. With dimensions of 8.5 × 8.3 × 2 cm, it easily fits into a guitar case, backpack, or pocket.
- Inputs and outputs: 6.3 mm (1/4") instrument input, 3.5 mm (1/8") microphone input, 3.5 mm (1/8") headphone output, and USB-C port for power 5 V / 2 A.
- Supported instruments: electric guitar, bass guitar, electronic drums, digital piano, or electric trumpet.
- Instrument gain: adjustable in the range of 0–21 dB using side buttons, with the current level indicated by five LED indicators (3, 6, 12, 18, and 21 dB).
- Microphone gain: up to 32 dB, controlled by separate buttons independently of the instrument.
- Loopback: loopback function transfers sound played on the connected device into the recording or live stream.
- M/S switch: mono mode (red indicator) for mono sources and stereo mode (green indicator) for stereo sources, so the sound is not only heard in one ear.
- Wireless accompaniment: the BT button allows you to connect a second phone with one press and play music from it while the first phone is used for broadcasting.
- Monitoring: a volume control knob for headphones in the middle of the adapter.
- Charging during streaming: power can be connected via the USB-C port, allowing the adapter to be used even during long broadcasts.

Once you have sent the parcel, send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number to info@lunzo.ie – this lets us process your return as quickly as possible and refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.
Product condition: you can also return goods that have been used or unpacked, or that no longer have their original packaging or tags
Costs: you pay the postage for sending the goods back to Spain; we charge no return fee
Refund: within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal; we may withhold the refund until the goods have arrived back or until you provide proof that you have sent them
Exchanges
Deadline: 30 days from receiving your parcel (exchange for a different size, colour or variant)
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie, giving your order number and the variant you want – once we have checked that it is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange, including the address to which you should send the original item
Costs: you pay to send the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge
Faulty or damaged goods
Period for claiming a fault: up to six years from delivery of the goods – within the first 30 days you can reject a faulty product and ask for a full refund, and for the first 12 months a fault is presumed to have been present on delivery
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie and attach a photograph or a video of the goods – in most cases you do not have to send the goods back
Remedies: a replacement with a new item, a reasonable price reduction, or a refund of the full purchase price
