The Baofeng UV-5R is a handheld two-way radio operating in two bands — VHF 136 to 174 MHz and UHF 400 to 520 MHz. It can store 128 groups of channels, allowing you to have pre-set connections for various groups and situations. The device transmits at a power of 5 W and is powered by a removable 7.4 V Li-ion battery with a capacity of 1800 mAh. The backlit display shows two frequencies stacked and below it is a full numeric keypad for direct input. Included in the equipment is an LED torch, which is controlled by a side button.

The transmitter is suitable for trips, camping, construction work, warehouse use, and for coordinating smaller teams where mobile signal is unreliable or impractical. How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
