The portable espresso maker brews a cup of coffee without an electrical connection, making it suitable for travel, work, and outings. The process is simple: ultra-finely ground espresso coffee is added to the basket, the dose is tamped down, and after pouring, it is left to steep for about 8 seconds. During extraction, the machine maintains a pressure of 9 to 12 bar, and the finished espresso flows directly from the portafilter into the cup. The reservoir holds 80 ml of water, and the dosing basket can accommodate up to 18 g of ground coffee, with a maximum pressure of 18 bar. The body measures 106 x 78 x 71 mm and weighs 350 g, making it a piece of equipment that fits into a backpack or briefcase. The black design with a metal ring and ribbed bottom edge provides a firm grip even when tamping. The package includes a travel case with a zip and strap, in which the espresso maker can be stored whole. The hard case maintains its shape, ensuring the espresso maker does not get squashed among other items in the bag. Preparation is done manually, without capsules and without the need to search for a socket.

The result mainly depends on the grind size, as espresso requires an ultra-fine grinder and evenly tamped dose. Water is filled to the marked level of 80 ml, and the coffee is spread in the basket so that the surface remains flat after tamping and the water flows evenly through the entire dose. After use, the portafilter, filter, and reservoir are rinsed with water and left to dry to prevent coffee oil residues from remaining. The 350 g espresso maker then returns to the travel case, which protects it in a backpack or luggage. The combination of compact dimensions and preparation without a socket is ideal for camping, a holiday home, the office, and business trips. It can also serve at home as a second espresso maker, eliminating the need to heat up a large machine.
