The portable bidet is used to rinse with water where a traditional bidet spray is not available, such as while travelling or in public toilets. The 250 ml tank is filled with regular water and the flow is activated by a button on the body of the bottle. You can choose from five modes ranging from normal and gentle to strong, pulsing, and enhanced pulsing. The battery status is displayed in percentage on the screen, and the 2000 mAh battery charges via USB-C. The nozzle folds into the body of the bottle after use, so the pink design measuring 14.3 x 6 cm takes up minimal space in your bag.

The portable bidet is suitable for travelling, work, and accommodation without a bidet spray. Eight interchangeable nozzles with three, four, and six holes allow you to choose the density of the flow as needed. The foldable design and dimensions of 14.3 x 6 cm mean that the bottle can be hidden in a handbag or carry-on luggage. The pink body with a white cap can be rinsed after use and stored in the included bag. Five modes are controlled by two buttons, and the battery status can be seen on the display before departure.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
