The 120 ml cup corresponds to one serving, and the entire device is controlled by a single button with an LED display, showing the temperature. The cylindrical shape resembles a thermos, allowing the coffee maker to fit in drink holders and side pockets of backpacks. All components are fully removable, which shortens cleaning after each preparation.

It is advisable to charge the coffee maker before travelling, as a full charge takes 3 to 4 hours and is sufficient for several cups. During hot preparation, one should account for the eight minutes of warming, while the cold mode activates immediately upon pressing the button. After use, the removable parts should be rinsed with water to prevent wet grounds or capsule remnants from remaining in the basket. Automatic shut-off at 150 °C monitors the situation to prevent the device from operating without water, eliminating the risk of dry running. Once you have sent the parcel, send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number to info@lunzo.ie – this lets us process your return as quickly as possible and refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.
Product condition: you can also return goods that have been used or unpacked, or that no longer have their original packaging or tags

Faulty or damaged goods
Period for claiming a fault: up to six years from delivery of the goods – within the first 30 days you can reject a faulty product and ask for a full refund, and for the first 12 months a fault is presumed to have been present on delivery
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie and attach a photograph or a video of the goods – in most cases you do not have to send the goods back
Remedies: a replacement with a new item, a reasonable price reduction, or a refund of the full purchase price
