The perch for filing claws and beak is in the form of a straight cylindrical rod, on which the parrot sits just like on a regular perch. The entire surface is covered with a rough gritty layer, against which the claws gradually file while sitting. The parrot can also rub its beak against it. The perch is made of wood and a metal alloy. It is attached to the cage with a metal screw and wing nut at one end.
- Gritty Surface — the rough layer covers the perch along its entire length up to the metal attachment. The claws file against it with every sitting and shifting. The parrot can also rub its beak against the same surface.
- Dimensions — the 20 cm variant measures 20 x 1.5 cm, the 25 cm variant measures 25 x 2 cm, and the 30 cm variant measures 30 x 2.5 cm. The first number indicates the length and the second the diameter of the perch. Choose the size according to the parrot and cage size.
- Material and Colour — the perch is made of wood and a metal alloy, from which the screw, washer, and wing nut are made. The colour is random and may differ from the photographs.
- Attachment — the screw at the end of the perch is passed between the bars of the cage and secured on the outside with a washer and wing nut. The nut can be tightened or loosened by hand without tools, making it easy to relocate the perch.

The perch serves as a resting place for the parrot while also assisting with claw and beak care. The parrot uses it like a regular perch, and its claws gradually file against the gritty surface. The straight cylindrical shape has the same diameter along its entire length. Thanks to the wing nut, you can attach the perch to the cage without tools and move it elsewhere at any time.

Once you have sent the parcel, send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number to info@lunzo.ie – this lets us process your return as quickly as possible and refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.
Product condition: you can also return goods that have been used or unpacked, or that no longer have their original packaging or tags
Costs: you pay the postage for sending the goods back to Spain; we charge no return fee
Refund: within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal; we may withhold the refund until the goods have arrived back or until you provide proof that you have sent them

How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie, giving your order number and the variant you want – once we have checked that it is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange, including the address to which you should send the original item
Costs: you pay to send the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge
Faulty or damaged goods
Period for claiming a fault: up to six years from delivery of the goods – within the first 30 days you can reject a faulty product and ask for a full refund, and for the first 12 months a fault is presumed to have been present on delivery
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie and attach a photograph or a video of the goods – in most cases you do not have to send the goods back
Remedies: a replacement with a new item, a reasonable price reduction, or a refund of the full purchase price
