The flap disc with a diameter of 125 mm and a central hole of 22 mm is designed for angle grinders. The flaps of the disc are made of non-woven abrasive fabric alternating with sandpaper, allowing the disc to grind and refine the surface in one pass. The disc is used for cleaning rust and old coatings, for matting and fine grinding, as well as for polishing metal surfaces. It is suitable for steel, stainless steel, aluminium, copper, welds, and metal frames, and can also be used for wood treatment. The sandpaper between the flaps removes material more quickly, and the non-woven fabric immediately refines the surface, eliminating the need for frequent disc changes during work. Before fitting, ensure that the diameter of the disc and central hole 22 mm match your grinder and that the grinder is designed for discs with a diameter of 125 mm. Securely tighten the disc with the clamping nut and let the grinder run briefly without load to verify smooth operation without wobbling. When working, guide the disc evenly across the surface at a slight angle, do not apply excessive pressure, and allow the flaps to work at their own pace. Excessive pressure unnecessarily increases wear on the flaps and heating of the workpiece. For thin sheets and soft metals, such as aluminium or copper, work with shorter strokes to prevent overheating of the material. Always use the grinder's protective cover, safety goggles, gloves, and a respirator, and securely clamp the workpiece on a stable surface.

How do I return goods?
