The children's float is a water accessory with a rigid non-inflatable construction, so it does not need to be inflated before use or deflated at the end of the season, and there is no risk of losing air. The buoyant body is shaped to the sides and keeps the child in a stable horizontal position, with their head above the water and their arms and legs free. The float includes a harness with a buckle and adjustable straps, which secures the child in a seated position and prevents slipping out. The included sun canopy attaches to the body of the float and shades the upper part of the body while playing in direct sunlight. The float is suitable for home pools, swimming classes, and water on holiday.

The float is intended for water play under the constant supervision of an adult and does not replace swimming equipment or supervision by the water. Non-inflatable design means that there is no need for a pump or valve checks, and the float maintains the same shape throughout the season. It is advisable to check and tighten the harness before each use to ensure that the child sits securely and cannot slip to the side. The sun canopy can be attached or removed depending on the weather, so the float can be used in the shade or in direct sunlight. After being removed from the water, simply rinse the float and allow it to dry before storing it for the next swim.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
