The trolley is designed for moving caravans, trailers, boat trailers, horse transporters, and other trailers in confined spaces such as yards, sheltered parking areas, driveways, and caravan parks. Installation is done using a mounting bracket directly onto the vertical rod of the trailer's support wheel, and the manufacturer warns that the bracket must fit precisely onto the protruding part of the shaft; otherwise, proper connection and force transmission will not occur. The towing load of up to 2270 kg corresponds to product information, while the load capacity on the wheel is stated as 440 lbs (200 kg) and the maximum towing force is 2 tonnes. The manufacturer further warns that the surface under the wheel must be smooth, the incline must not exceed 5°, and the trolley is not designed for gravel roads. For operation, connection to a 12 V battery is required; the manufacturer recommends intermittent operation with a maximum duration of one use of 10 minutes to avoid overloading the motor and damaging the drive.

Once you have sent the parcel, send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number to info@lunzo.ie – this lets us process your return as quickly as possible and refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

Faulty or damaged goods
Period for claiming a fault: up to six years from delivery of the goods – within the first 30 days you can reject a faulty product and ask for a full refund, and for the first 12 months a fault is presumed to have been present on delivery
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie and attach a photograph or a video of the goods – in most cases you do not have to send the goods back
Remedies: a replacement with a new item, a reasonable price reduction, or a refund of the full purchase price
