Long protective trousers cover the leg from the waist to the ankles and are worn as a base layer under motorcycle trousers. The protectors are positioned on the knees, hips and thighs, which are the areas most exposed during a fall. The shells feature perforation on the surface, which helps dissipate heat from beneath the outer trousers. The material is a combination of PP and EVA, where the hard plate distributes the impact and the foam underneath absorbs it. The trousers are held in place by a wide elastic band without a drawstring and without a buckle.

  • Knee Protectors — shaped shells with ventilation holes cover the knee and its immediate surroundings.
  • Hip Protectors — protectors on the sides of the pelvis shield the hips during a fall onto the side.
  • Thigh Protectors — long panels on the outer side of the thighs enhance protection above the knee.
  • Perforation in the Shells — holes reduce heat build-up in the legs beneath the motorcycle trousers.
  • Ankle Length — the legs end at the ankle and do not ride up into the boots.
  • Elastic Waistband — the wide band keeps the trousers in place without further tightening.
  • Fitted Cut — the elastic fabric conforms to the leg and does not create folds beneath the outer layer.
