The protective trousers are worn as a base layer under motorcycle trousers and cover the leg from the waist to the ankles. Protection consists of honeycomb protectors on the knees, thighs and hips, complemented by a separate piece in the coccyx area. The base is made from elastic mesh that fits snugly to the body and does not restrict movement in the saddle or on the footpegs. The combination of polyester and nylon used is lightweight, durable and dries quickly after washing. The legs finish with foot loops that keep the trousers taut.
- Knee Protectors — shaped protectors cover the knee and are held in place by two straps above and below the knee.
- Thigh Protectors — honeycomb panels on the outer thigh cover the area between the hip and knee.
- Hip Protectors — protectors on the sides of the pelvis absorb impact when falling onto the side.
- Coccyx Protector — the piece at the back covers the coccyx and lower back.
- Honeycomb Structure — the open cells of the protectors allow air to flow and reduce heating of the leg.
- Foot Loops — sleeves at the ends of the legs prevent the trousers from riding up inside the boots.
- Knee Straps — adjustable straps allow for fine-tuning the position of the protector according to the leg.
- Elastic Mesh — the mesh base wicks heat and moisture away from beneath the outer layer.
- Polyester Material — the main fabric is lightweight and dries quickly.
- Nylon Material — the supplementary material increases the durability of stressed areas.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
ExchangesA different size, colour or variant
Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
