You place the glasses lens between the pads, gently squeeze, and clean it from both sides at the same time. With dimensions of 7 x 2 x 2 cm, the cleaner fits into your pocket or handbag. - Microfiber — the cleaning pads are made of microfiber and wrap around the round heads of the clip. When cleaning, they touch the lens from both sides at once. The pads are white regardless of the colour of the clip.
- Plastic Clip — the handle consists of two plastic arms that are connected at one end. At the other end, the arms are finished with round heads with pads.
- Cleaning Procedure — you place the glasses lens between both pads and gently squeeze the arms of the clip. This presses the pads against the lens and then you move the cleaner across the lens until it is clean.
- Hanging Hole — at the end of the handle, there is a small hole. This allows you to thread the cleaner onto a ring or cord and keep it handy.
- Dimensions and Colour — the cleaner measures 7 x 2 x 2 cm, so it fits into your pocket, handbag, or backpack. The colour is random and cannot be chosen in advance.

Once you have sent the parcel, send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number to info@lunzo.ie – this lets us process your return as quickly as possible and refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

Costs: you pay the postage for sending the goods back to Spain; we charge no return fee

Costs: you pay to send the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge
Faulty or damaged goods
Period for claiming a fault: up to six years from delivery of the goods – within the first 30 days you can reject a faulty product and ask for a full refund, and for the first 12 months a fault is presumed to have been present on delivery
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie and attach a photograph or a video of the goods – in most cases you do not have to send the goods back
Remedies: a replacement with a new item, a reasonable price reduction, or a refund of the full purchase price
