Inside the glass capsule measuring 2.12 x 12 mm is a chip EM4305 in FDX-B format, which operates at a frequency of 134.2 kHz. Each microchip is already inserted in a disposable applicator with a needle, so it is simply a matter of unpacking it and applying it under the animal's skin. Each applicator is individually packaged in a bag and the package also includes labels with a barcode and chip number. Faulty or damaged goods
Period for claiming a fault: up to six years from delivery of the goods – within the first 30 days you can reject a faulty product and ask for a full refund, and for the first 12 months a fault is presumed to have been present on delivery
