The bag measures 37 x 28 x 6 cm and is designed as a flat briefcase for a laptop and documents. At the top, there are two handles, and on the sides, metal rings to which the removable shoulder strap is attached with carabiners. The strap can be detached at any time, allowing the bag to be carried by the pair of top handles. The front features a sewn panel with a horizontal zip, beneath which there is another flat pocket. The surface has a fine texture with stitched seams around the edges and reinforced corners. The shape remains rectangular, allowing the bag to stand on its flat bottom even when set down.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
