The MD-4090 metal detector is one of the classic above-ground detectors with a telescopic pole, height-adjustable forearm support, and a large search coil for covering a larger area while traversing the terrain. It features a LCD display that shows the likely type of metal, target depth, set sensitivity, selected discrimination mode, and battery status, so you have all the information in one place without the need for additional accessories. The three-tone audio discrimination distinguishes different types of metals with three pitch levels, making it easier to decide whether to dig up the discovered object or leave it in the ground. The waterproof search coil with a diameter of 22 cm allows searching in wet grass, mud, and shallow water of streams or at the water's edge, however, the control unit itself must not be submerged and must be protected from rain. With the target pinpointing function, you can locate the exact spot of the find before digging, minimising unnecessary disturbance of a large area. The telescopic pole with a height of 82 to 107 cm allows adjustment of the length to the user's height and the type of terrain.

The detector is designed for hobbyists, coin collectors, history enthusiasts, and novice metal detectorists who are looking for coins, rings, jewellery, buttons, military artefacts, artillery metal remnants, or gold and silver in soil and sand. The height-adjustable pole ranging from 82 to 107 cm allows the device to be adapted to the user's height and the type of terrain, making it comfortable to work while kneeling, bending, or during long walks in the landscape. The large 22 cm coil covers a wider strip with each hand movement, so searching the area progresses faster than with smaller probes and reduces fatigue during long outings into the field. The waterproof nature of the coil allows traversing wet grass, puddles, and shallows, but the control unit itself must be protected from water, rain, and splashing moisture. For operation, two 9V batteries must be purchased separately, and new alkaline or rechargeable type 6F22 batteries are recommended, which will last longer during searches without the need for frequent replacement.

Once you have sent the parcel, send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number to info@lunzo.ie – this lets us process your return as quickly as possible and refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.
Product condition: you can also return goods that have been used or unpacked, or that no longer have their original packaging or tags
Costs: you pay the postage for sending the goods back to Spain; we charge no return fee
Refund: within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal; we may withhold the refund until the goods have arrived back or until you provide proof that you have sent them

Faulty or damaged goods
Period for claiming a fault: up to six years from delivery of the goods – within the first 30 days you can reject a faulty product and ask for a full refund, and for the first 12 months a fault is presumed to have been present on delivery
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie and attach a photograph or a video of the goods – in most cases you do not have to send the goods back
Remedies: a replacement with a new item, a reasonable price reduction, or a refund of the full purchase price
