The manual hydraulic hose press is designed for quick and reliable crimping of end fittings on hydraulic hoses. Thanks to the operating pressure of 35 MPa and manual operation, you can crimp without the need for electricity, making it suitable for both workshop and home use. The set includes 7 crimping dies with openings of 10, 12, 16, 19, 23, 27, and 31 mm, allowing you to cover a wide range of hose diameters. The press is intended for hydraulic hoses up to 1 inch with two steel braids (R2). Compact dimensions of 33 x 40 x 27 cm make it easy to place on a workbench and transport. You can quickly fit the correct die and insert the hose.
The maximum opening without a die is 50 mm and with a die fitted is 40 mm, allowing for comfortable insertion of the hose and fittings. The crimping range covers the outer layer up to 32 mm and the inner layer up to 25 mm. Included is a manometer for monitoring pressure during crimping, so you can keep the process under control. The manual hydraulic pump allows for precise force application and easy control of the entire process. Once you have sent the parcel, send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number to info@lunzo.ie – this lets us process your return as quickly as possible and refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

Faulty or damaged goods
Period for claiming a fault: up to six years from delivery of the goods – within the first 30 days you can reject a faulty product and ask for a full refund, and for the first 12 months a fault is presumed to have been present on delivery
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie and attach a photograph or a video of the goods – in most cases you do not have to send the goods back
Remedies: a replacement with a new item, a reasonable price reduction, or a refund of the full purchase price
