The protection is designed for the MacBook Air 13 inches with M2, M3 and M4 chips and precisely follows the contours of its body and the curvature of the corners, ensuring it does not protrude anywhere. It consists of two pieces, with one covering the lid and the other the bottom of the laptop. They are applied by placing and pressing around the edges, thus without adhesive layers or tools. The plastic used is partially transparent, allowing the surface of the device, including the logo, to remain visible underneath. The main purpose is to limit scratches that occur when sliding across a desk, placing it in a backpack, or during regular transport.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
