Spacious women's handbag with a softly flowing shape is worn on one handle over the shoulder. It is made of polyester and synthetic leather with a vintage effect. In addition to the handle, it also includes a detachable shoulder strap, allowing you to wear it crossbody. The main compartment closes with a zip, and on the outside, you will find additional zippered pockets. With dimensions of 35 x 28 x 13 cm, it can hold everything you need throughout the day.
- Main compartment — the bag closes with a metal zip, ensuring that your belongings stay securely inside. The interior is lined and offers several smaller pockets, including one zippered pocket. You can neatly store your phone, keys, or documents.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
ExchangesA different size, colour or variant
Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
