The largest in the series offers an external diameter of 26 cm and an inner surface of 24 cm, on which four slices of meat or an entire pan of vegetables can be laid out without piling. The depth of 5.5 cm is half a centimetre higher than the smaller sizes, allowing for dishes with juices or sauces. The base with a diameter of 19 cm sits on a larger hob and transfers heat across the entire surface to the edges of the walls. Stainless steel with titanium operates on the principle of physical non-stick coating, which needs to be activated by preheating on a medium-low flame for three to five minutes. The surface features a fine relief pattern and a silver finish without a coloured coating, so even minor scratches do not show.

  • Inner surface of 24 cm — the size corresponds to a portion for three to four diners and is also suitable for preparing larger quantities of food in advance, which can then be reheated.
  • Depth of 5.5 cm — the higher wall retains juices, sauces, and a larger volume of vegetables during stirring, preventing anything from spilling over the edge onto the stove.
  • Base of 19 cm — the wider contact area corresponds to a standard hob and distributes heat without significant hot spots where food would burn before elsewhere.

Once the vegetables stop sticking, they can be freely moved back and forth, and the temperature can be slightly increased. The stainless steel surface without a coloured layer withstands regular use and does not require changing utensils or monitoring maximum temperatures like coated pans.
