The laptop case with dimensions 355 x 250 mm is designed for laptops with screen sizes of 13.3", 13.6", and 14". The case serves three functions at once: it protects the laptop during transport, unfolds to serve as a stand for the laptop, and the side flap acts as a mouse pad. The outer surface made of PU material is treated with a water-repellent finish, so droplets remain on the surface and roll off. The closure is managed by magnets, which keep the flap attached to the body of the case without zips or Velcro. The foldable support has soft pads on the edge that protect the bottom of the laptop from scratches. The elevated position also allows for airflow beneath the laptop, helping to dissipate heat during prolonged use. How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?

- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
ExchangesA different size, colour or variant
Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
