The bag is designed for laptops with a diagonal of 15 to 16 inches and has dimensions of 38 x 27 cm when closed. The main compartment is secured with a zip running along the top edge, complemented by a metal slider with a fabric handle. On the front side, there is another pocket with a vertical zip, which stores cables, a notebook, or a thin folder. Above the top edge, there is a sewn handle, allowing the bag to be lifted and carried by hand. The walls are reinforced, so the case maintains a rectangular shape even without the device inside. It can be used alone or inserted into a backpack as a compartment reserved solely for technology.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
ExchangesA different size, colour or variant
Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
