The case accommodates laptops with a diagonal of 15 to 16 inches and its external dimensions are 39.5 x 27 x 2.5 cm. The outer side is stitched with horizontal seams, between which lies a thick layer of padding. The interior is lined with plush, which rests on both the lid and the base of the device, surrounding it completely. The opening is secured by a zip running around the top, finished with a metal puller. The outline is rounded and stitched, so the case retains its shape even when empty. It can be used alone or as a soft insert in a larger piece of luggage, where it separates the technology from the rest of the contents.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
