The bag is designed for laptops with a diagonal of 15.6 to 16 inches and its external dimensions are 40 x 28 cm. The body is covered with a deep blue fabric divided by seams into panels, between which a padded layer is inserted. The stitching also keeps the padding evenly distributed across the entire surface of the bag. On the sides, a soft strap is attached with knots, which allows the bag to be carried over the shoulder. At the top, there is a zip with an orange pull tab, while the surface remains a single colour. The interior is undivided, so the laptop rests flat against the padded wall.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
