The case is designed for laptops with a diagonal of 12.9 to 13 inches and measures 35.5 x 24.5 x 2 cm. The outer shell is quilted into horizontal stripes that keep the fluffy padding evenly distributed across the surface. Inside, there is a plush lining that surrounds the device on all sides and adheres to its surface. The opening closes with a zip running along the top edge, at the end of which is a metal slider. The corners are rounded, and the perimeter is trimmed, so the case retains its shape even without a laptop inserted. It can be used on its own or as a soft layer inside a backpack, where it separates the technology from the rest of the items.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
