The laptop bag with external dimensions 44 x 33 x 8 cm is designed for laptops up to 15.6 inches including gaming and slim laptops up to 16 inches. The main compartment for the laptop is lined with a soft fleece padding with air cushions that surround the laptop on five sides, absorbing shocks and impacts. The laptop compartment is also separated from the bottom of the bag, so when placed on the ground, the impact does not directly hit the device. You can carry the bag by the handles in hand or with a removable shoulder strap over your shoulder or crossbody. It is suitable for the office, school, business trips, and holidays.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
ExchangesA different size, colour or variant
Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
