The ladies' clutch wallet is a practical accessory for women who want to keep their money and cards always at hand. It fastens with a zip at the top, ensuring that the contents remain securely inside. Thanks to the wrist strap, you can carry it in hand even without a handbag. The PU leather surface has a subtly textured structure, and there is a small metal decoration in the centre of the front side. - Zip fastening — the main compartment closes with a zip that runs along the top edge of the wallet. The zip keeps the contents together and prevents them from falling out. You can open and close the wallet with one movement.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
ExchangesA different size, colour or variant
Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
