This ladies' set combines hat, face mask, and neck warmer into one practical unit. On cold and windy days, your head, neck, and lower part of the face are protected. The hat features a cable pattern, contrasting stripes, and a large pom-pom. The set is made from soft finely knitted material of cotton and cashmere. The size is universal.
- Hat with Pom-Pom — the hat is knitted with a cable pattern and is adorned with a large pom-pom on top. The brim of the hat is enlivened by contrasting stripes, which are also repeated on the neck warmer. The set thus appears coordinated.
- Face Mask — you pull the mask over your nose and mouth and attach it to the hat with a button on the side. When you don't need it, you can fold it up over the hat. This way, you only cover your face when the cold wind blows.
- Neck Warmer with Drawstring — you pull the neck warmer over your head and tighten it around your neck with the drawstring as needed. It is complemented by a soft plush layer. The neck warmer can be worn with the hat or on its own.
- Material and Size — the set is made from finely knitted material of cotton and cashmere, which is soft to the touch. All three parts are colour-coordinated, creating a unified whole. The size is universal.

Once you have sent the parcel, send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number to info@lunzo.ie – this lets us process your return as quickly as possible and refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.
Product condition: you can also return goods that have been used or unpacked, or that no longer have their original packaging or tags
Costs: you pay the postage for sending the goods back to Spain; we charge no return fee
Refund: within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal; we may withhold the refund until the goods have arrived back or until you provide proof that you have sent them

Costs: you pay to send the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge
Faulty or damaged goods
Period for claiming a fault: up to six years from delivery of the goods – within the first 30 days you can reject a faulty product and ask for a full refund, and for the first 12 months a fault is presumed to have been present on delivery
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie and attach a photograph or a video of the goods – in most cases you do not have to send the goods back
Remedies: a replacement with a new item, a reasonable price reduction, or a refund of the full purchase price
