These ladies' flip-flops are practical summer footwear that you can slip on in an instant. They have a classic shape with a toe strap that splits over the instep and anchors on both sides of the sole. The insole is contoured to the shape of the foot, and its surface features a raised relief pattern. The sole is quite thick, so the foot is not directly on the ground. Flip-flops are suitable for the pool, beach, garden, and home.
- Contoured Insole — the insole has raised edges and contours to the shape of the foot. The raised lines and dots on its surface are clearly visible in the photographs. The relief extends from the heel to the toe.
- Strap — the strap runs from the space between the big toe and the second toe over the instep to both sides of the sole. It is wide and has rounded edges. There is no fastening, so you can simply slide the flip-flops onto your foot.
- Sole — the sole is significantly thicker than that of the simplest flip-flops and is rounded all around. This keeps a thicker layer beneath the foot, separating it from the pavement, sand, or grass.
- Material — the flip-flops are made from a combination of materials EVA, PVC, and PU leather. The specific distribution of materials in the individual parts is not disclosed by the manufacturer.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
ExchangesA different size, colour or variant
Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
