This spacious ladies' bag combines the practicality of a large handbag with the comfort of wearing it over the shoulder. The main compartment closes with a zip and inside you will find a zip pocket for small items that you do not want loose in the bag. You can carry the bag by two handles in your hand, or attach a removable shoulder strap. It is made of nylon and polyester and measures 37 x 32 x 15 cm. Its capacity makes it suitable for a whole day away from home, to work, school, or for shorter trips.
- Carrying method — the bag has two sturdy handles made of black woven strap, which are attached to the body with metal rings. There are carabiners on the sides to attach the long strap, allowing you to wear the bag over your shoulder. When you do not need the strap, you can simply detach it.
- Arrangement — the main compartment closes with a zip, so items inside stay in place. The interior is lined with black fabric and on one side there is a sewn zip pocket. You can store keys, documents, or a phone in it, so they do not mix with other items.
- Material — the bag is made of nylon and polyester. The fabric has a subtle sheen and the solid-coloured body of the bag is complemented by contrasting black straps. The handles and strap are black in all colours.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
ExchangesA different size, colour or variant
Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
