This ladies' midi skirt with ruffles combines a fitted silhouette with a bold decorative element. A series of layered ruffles cascades down from the waist to the hem on the front side at the hip. The ruffles have a firm shape and protrude from the surface of the skirt, creating a three-dimensional effect.
