This ladies' mobile phone bag is a practical companion for everyday use. On the back, it has a transparent window through which you can see the display of the phone stored inside. The front is adorned with a flap with a perforated pattern made of small circular holes. The long thin strap allows for wearing over the shoulder or across the body. The bag thus appears delicate and complements both casual and elegant outfits.
- Transparent window — the back of the bag features a transparent window the size of the display. This way, your phone is always in view, and you can easily check incoming messages or the time. You do not need to take it out of the bag for every glance.
- Dimensions — the bag measures 20 x 11 cm. Before purchasing, please check if your phone fits inside.
- Perforated flap — the upper part of the front is covered by a flap with a decorative pattern of circular holes of various sizes. In the centre of the flap is a small metallic detail. The pattern gives the bag a light and playful appearance.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
ExchangesA different size, colour or variant
Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
