This long ladies' down coat is designed for cold winter weather when a regular short coat is not enough. It has a long cut down to the knee, so it covers not only the torso but also the thighs and part of the calves. The surface is quilted into horizontal chambers along its entire length, in which the filling of down and cotton is stored. The outer material is made of 100% polyester and the coat is complemented by a quilted hood. There are pockets on the sides where you can keep your hands warm on frosty days.
- Length — the coat reaches well below the knee, covering the thighs that remain exposed in shorter coats. You will appreciate this, for example, while waiting at a bus stop or on a longer walk in the cold. You can find the exact length for each size in the table below the description.
- Quilting — horizontal quilting divides the coat into chambers along its entire length. It helps to keep the filling evenly distributed and gives the coat its characteristic three-dimensional appearance. The hood is also quilted, so the coat looks uniform from head to hem.
- Material and Filling — the outer layer is made of 100% polyester. The filling consists of half down and half cotton. Thanks to the filling, the coat is voluminous and keeps you warm even in cold winter weather.
- Hood — the hood covers the head and neck and is quilted just like the rest of the coat. In windy or snowy conditions, you can simply put it on, otherwise, it can hang loosely on your back.
- Pockets — there are pockets on the sides of the coat at hip height. You can keep your hands or small items like keys or a phone in them, keeping them always within reach.
- Styling — in the photographs, the coat is worn with a turtleneck sweater, slim trousers or jeans, and trainers or ankle boots. Due to its length, it also covers a longer sweater or hoodie, giving the appearance of a winter coat.

Once you have sent the parcel, send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number to info@lunzo.ie – this lets us process your return as quickly as possible and refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.
Product condition: you can also return goods that have been used or unpacked, or that no longer have their original packaging or tags
Costs: you pay the postage for sending the goods back to Spain; we charge no return fee
Refund: within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal; we may withhold the refund until the goods have arrived back or until you provide proof that you have sent them

Faulty or damaged goods
Period for claiming a fault: up to six years from delivery of the goods – within the first 30 days you can reject a faulty product and ask for a full refund, and for the first 12 months a fault is presumed to have been present on delivery
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie and attach a photograph or a video of the goods – in most cases you do not have to send the goods back
Remedies: a replacement with a new item, a reasonable price reduction, or a refund of the full purchase price
