The long ladies' winter coat is designed for frosty days when you will appreciate that it covers the legs as well. Ankle-length protects the hips, thighs, and calves, while side slits facilitate walking. The wide horizontal chambers give the coat volume and the typical appearance of a winter quilted coat. The hood, along with the high collar, protects the head and neck from the wind. - Ankle-length — the coat reaches down to the ankles and covers the hips, thighs, and calves. You will appreciate this while waiting at the bus stop, on your way to work, or during longer walks in the frost when a short coat is not sufficient.
- Side slits — the coat has slits on the sides at the bottom, which fasten with snaps. You can fasten the slits as needed or leave them unfastened to allow the long coat to move freely while walking.
- Hood and collar — the high collar covers the neck up to the chin, and the hood protects the head in windy weather. The hood is made of the same material as the coat and does not have a furry trim, giving it a clean and sporty look. When you do not need it, you can let it rest freely on your back.
- Wide chambers — the coat is quilted into wide horizontal chambers, which give it volume and the typical appearance of a winter quilted coat. The large chambers make the coat look fluffy. The quilting continues on the sleeves, which reach down to the wrists.

- Fastening — the coat fastens at the front with a placket that runs the entire length from the bottom edge to the collar. You can fasten the coat up to the neck, and when you come into warmth, you can quickly unfasten it.

Once you have sent the parcel, send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number to info@lunzo.ie – this lets us process your return as quickly as possible and refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

Faulty or damaged goods
Period for claiming a fault: up to six years from delivery of the goods – within the first 30 days you can reject a faulty product and ask for a full refund, and for the first 12 months a fault is presumed to have been present on delivery
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie and attach a photograph or a video of the goods – in most cases you do not have to send the goods back
Remedies: a replacement with a new item, a reasonable price reduction, or a refund of the full purchase price
