The long ladies' down jacket is designed as a reversible coat that can be worn inside out. Each side has a different colour, so with one piece of clothing, you get two distinct looks. The quilting divides the filling into bands that keep the down evenly distributed throughout the coat and give it the typical appearance of a down jacket. The filling consists of 90% duck down and 10% feathers, with both the outer and lining made of polyester. The coat extends below the knee, covering more of the body than a classic short jacket.
- Reversible Design — both sides of the coat are finished to be worn outward. Simply turn the coat inside out and change its colour and overall impression of the outfit. The colour of the reverse side is also visible on the collar and on the turned-up sleeves. This makes it easy to match the coat with accessories in various colours.
- Down Filling — the filling contains 90% duck down and 10% feathers. The down is housed in quilted chambers that keep the filling evenly distributed along the length of the coat. Thanks to the quilting, the coat maintains a soft and full appearance.
- Stand-Up Collar — the high collar can be worn up or open. When worn up, it reaches the chin and covers the entire neck. An open collar reveals the colour of the reverse side and creates a striking contrast to the main colour of the coat.
- Fastening — the coat fastens at the front with a row of buttons placed vertically from the collar down. When fastened, it appears seamless, while when unfastened, it highlights the colour of the reverse side along the front edge.
- Length — the coat extends below the knee to mid-calf, covering the thighs and knees. The long cut is suitable for trousers and skirts, creating a cohesive silhouette. The exact length for each size is provided in the table below the description.
- Material — both the outer and lining are made of polyester with a smooth, slightly shiny surface. Both sides therefore have the same appearance of material and differ only in colour.
- Size — the measurements for the chest, shoulders, waist, length, and sleeve length for each size can be found in the table below the description. We recommend comparing them with a coat that fits you well, and considering that you will be wearing a thicker jumper under the down coat.

The reversible down jacket combines a long cut, high stand-up collar, button fastening, and duck down filling in one coat. Once you have sent the parcel, send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number to info@lunzo.ie – this lets us process your return as quickly as possible and refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.
Product condition: you can also return goods that have been used or unpacked, or that no longer have their original packaging or tags
Costs: you pay the postage for sending the goods back to Spain; we charge no return fee
Refund: within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal; we may withhold the refund until the goods have arrived back or until you provide proof that you have sent them
Exchanges

Costs: you pay to send the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge
Faulty or damaged goods
Period for claiming a fault: up to six years from delivery of the goods – within the first 30 days you can reject a faulty product and ask for a full refund, and for the first 12 months a fault is presumed to have been present on delivery
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie and attach a photograph or a video of the goods – in most cases you do not have to send the goods back
Remedies: a replacement with a new item, a reasonable price reduction, or a refund of the full purchase price
