This long ladies' coat, quilted into horizontal chambers, is designed for cold winter days. The loose fit allows plenty of room for a jumper or sweatshirt, and the length reaches nearly to the ankles in the photographs, ensuring the coat covers most of the figure. The hood connects to a high collar that protects the neck and chin from the wind. - Quilting — the coat is quilted along its entire length into wide horizontal chambers. The chambers give the coat the typical voluminous look of winter quilted coats. The quilting continues on the sleeves, creating a cohesive appearance from the shoulders to the hem.
- Hood and Collar — the hood is attached to the high collar, which covers the neck when fastened. There are drawstrings at the neck to tighten the hood around the face. When the hood is not needed, it can be left loosely on the back while the collar continues to protect the neck from the cold.
- Fastening — the coat fastens at the front along its entire length, and the fastening is covered by a placket. Once you have sent the parcel, send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number to info@lunzo.ie – this lets us process your return as quickly as possible and refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

Faulty or damaged goods
Period for claiming a fault: up to six years from delivery of the goods – within the first 30 days you can reject a faulty product and ask for a full refund, and for the first 12 months a fault is presumed to have been present on delivery
